Construction of the dispatcher control and data center "Jāņciems" and reconstruction of the production base territory and building complex at Dārzciema Street 86, Riga
Within the framework of the project, the entire production base at Dārzciema Street 86, Riga, will be renovated, which currently includes ~34 buildings, from equipment repair facilities and inspection laboratories to transformer oil purification facilities and special transport service facilities. SIA "ITED" completed the project development in 2023 and is currently, in 2024, continuing to work, supporting the customer during the construction process.

Development of the Client's BIM requirements, including project objectives

Considering the complexity of the project, BIM gave the Customer the opportunity to review the project solutions in a 3D environment, improving the decisions made
Obtaining construction projects from BIM and pre-checking them in a 3D environment has resulted in a higher quality project and reduced construction risks
The construction of the project "Dispatcher Control and Data Center "Jāņciems" and the reconstruction of the production base territory and building complex are financed from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism funds, funded project No. 1.2.1.5.i.
The implementation of the object of national interest co-financed by the European Union will allow for the acquisition of a dispatcher control and data center that meets European physical safety and functionality requirements, from which, after synchronization with the continental European power system, the balancing of the power system and the regulation of the system frequency will be carried out.
